Children & Young people

Individual therapy for children and young people (30 and 50 minute sessions)

As an experienced occupational therapists, we provide short-medium term, effective therapy sessions which are tailored to the mental health and wellbeing needs of  each young person, utilising a range of therapeutic approaches.

A welcoming and calm environment is offered where young people can feel listened to, valued and respected. Therapy sessions help to find new ways to manage emotions and feelings, to build self-confidence and improve self-esteem.

Some of the experiences that we can help with include:

Anxiety, low mood, self-confidence, social needs, bullying, self-regard, avoidance, self-harm, sleep problems, worry and negative thinking

We get to know each child well and create fun, engaging and individually tailored sessions with positive activities. Each young person is empowered to identify their strengths and develop ways to do the activities in daily life they want to be able to do.

Sessions can be delivered online or in-person dependent upon our therapists availability and clients preference.
