I am passionate about raising awareness of mental health and empowering people too learn how to protect and nurture their wellbeing. As an OT with experience in the NHS, Higher Education, charity sector and private practice, I bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to my work with individuals and groups.

I pride myself on building trusting, compassionate and non-judgemental relationships with all clients and families I work with and, in particular, enjoy going into workplaces to help people open up conversations which may have previously been seen as taboo.

I am responsible for the day to day running of WTS, which involves talking to new individual clients as well as working with our business clients and schools and supporting the team of Associate Occupational Therapists.

You can usually find me at Bodies House and I deliver many of our Adult Mental Heath First Aid courses.

I also have a passion for supporting our profession as much as possible and love offering placements to students and providing supervision to qualified occupational therapists and other mental health professionals.

When I am not working I spend time with my family and our Beagle Bella. I am a fair weather jogger and gym goer and enjoy setting myself challenges when I can. My friends and family are very important to me and I make time for social occasions regularly and also love going to the theatre.

In the distant past I was a ballroom and latin american dancer and teacher and have a love of all things strictly! I also have a soft spot for 90's and any pop/cheesy music!
